소견
Lung parenchyma
both lung의 diffuse bronchial wall thickening이 관찰됨.
right middle lobe의 lateral segment에 약 8 mm 크기의 GGO nodule이 관찰되며 약 2 mm 크기의 solid portion이 동반되어 있음.
right middle lobe에 fibrolienar density가 관찰됨.
Mediastinal and both perihilar space
focal mass나 significant lymphadenopathy는 관찰되지 않음.
Heart와 great vessel
abnormality는 관찰되지 않음.
Bony thorax
abnormality는 관찰되지 않음.
Left kidney에 calcification이 관찰됨.
결론
Part solid GGO nodule at lateral segment of RML (about 8 mm).
-- Rec : short term follow up chest CT after 3 months or biopsy.
Chronic bronchitis in both lungs.
Subsegmental atelectasis at RML.
Left renal stone.
