이메일을 통해 예약확정서도 받았는데, 호텔측에서는 그날짜에 저에 관련된 예약이 없다고 합니다. 심지어 이제 그 날짜에 빈방도 없다고 하네요.
지금 양쪽에서 서로에게 잘못을 미루고 있는 상황이고요
이런 경우에는 예약조건에 취소시에 환불불가 써있어도 취소 환불 받아야 하는거 맞죠??
너무 황당하고 부족한 영어실력은 파파고 번역이라도 있어서 그나마 하고 싶은 말 이메일로 보낼 수 있었습니다.
